If you're not happy with Corewella, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll refund the product price, even if you've opened it.

How to ask for a refund

Email trihemltd@gmail.com or use the form on our contact page. Include your order number and the email address you ordered with. You don't need to send the product back unless we ask you to.

Subscriptions

The guarantee covers your first order, including your first subscription order. You can cancel a subscription at any time before the next billing date. See our cancellation policy for how.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund you.

When you'll get your money

Once we approve a refund, it goes back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take 5 to 10 business days to show up.
