Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every US order.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Standard shipping then takes 3 to 5 business days. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders ship on the schedule shown at checkout: every month, every 2 months or every 3 months, depending on your bundle.

Problems with delivery

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your package shows as delivered but you can't find it, email trihemltd@gmail.com with your order number and we'll sort it out. Please double-check your address at checkout, since we can't change it once the order has shipped.
